a year ago I recently purchased a home in the Oldsmar area back in May. Within the first two months of moving into the home, we had a pipe burst in our bathroom that caused a lot of damage in multiple rooms. The cost of the repairs were over $8,000. Goliath Home Builders had been recommended by our insurance company. They came out and assessed the damages. Sammy, the General and project manager, walked me through the entire estimate, issue by issue. He made everything very easy to understand and comprehend. We had to replace all of our flooring, base boards and much more. Sammy hired Frank  from World of Floors. They found the same exact flooring that we previously had and laid it the correct way, making the flooring look like genuine wood, much better than we had prior to the flooding. The crew worked over the weekend at my request as well, finishing the job before the anticipated due date. I also asked Sam and his team to look at a few small areas of concerns in our home, which he did without hesitation. As a new home owner, Sam and his guys were the most professional and helpful crew I have come across. I used home advisor for a few other projects in our house prior and the level of professionalism and care was far less. Going forward, any issue we come across in our home, Sam will be my first phone call. He really cares about the individual, not making large profits for simple work. I highly recommend this crew for any job, regardless of the size. 1 

 Sam and his crew Jay, Ed, Luies, Caser, Fready, Jasson and Keith was very professional, friendly and was a pleasure to do business with. The work was beautiful and they answered all my questions. I would recommend them to everyone and they we be my go to people in the future.
